Built for Multiple Teachers and Families

A co-op is not one classroom — it is many, sharing students across families. Ezergrade keeps that organized:

• One shared roster. Students are added once and exist independently of any single class, so the same child can be tested by different teachers without being re-entered.
• Student number as a first-class field. Every student carries a number alongside their name, so two families with a "Noah" never get confused on a result sheet.
• Per-class organization with groups. Within a class, teachers can create groups and assign the same test to different groups — useful when a co-op splits a grade band across rooms.
• No student logins. Students join a live test by entering a session code — no accounts, no passwords for parents to manage across a dozen families.

One Grade Record the Whole Co-op Can Rely On

For a co-op administrator, a clean record across the year is half the work. Ezergrade stores every result automatically, regardless of which teacher ran the test or how it was delivered:

• Student name and student number
• The class, the word list, the date, and the delivery mode used
• Each word, the student's answer, and whether it was correct
• Overall score and percentage, with wrong and blank answers flagged

Results export to CSV — one row per student with their number, name, score, percentage, and every word-answer pair — ready for a co-op administrator, an umbrella school, or a parent's own portfolio.
